Awards include, 1998, California Artist of the Year for The American Mothers Competition, with art work shown at the National Show in Atlanta; 1998; Recognition as an Artist by the U.S. Congress, the State of California, the city and county of Los Angeles. Also in 1998, I was recognized as one of 50 Distinguished Alumni for Pierce Community College in their 50 year celebration.
